Introducing my Blog! My name is Madison K. Some of you may already know a little bit about me. Maybe you’ve picked up a recent copy of Shimmer Magazine in BLC, read about me on the BLC web site or on Facebook. Perhaps you’ve already heard the buzz about the new Madison K. Book Series. Or maybe you are saying to yourself, I have no idea who this Madison K. is! No worries – It’s all good!
I am the Beauty and Fashion Editor for Beauty Land Couture (BLC) and Shimmer Magazine. I am also an 18 year-old student at Hunter College in New York City. I grew up in Bucks County, PA with a passion for beauty products and for doing the right thing. In fact, I have been trying out almost every beauty product imaginable and writing about them since I was 12.
I am pinching myself because now I can share all of my beauty thoughts and advice with all of you and so much more. My blog is really unlike anything else out there. Yes, you will get great advice on skin care, fragrances, make up and accessories, but you will also come to understand how these products can help make a difference in my life and in yours.
You will also laugh and maybe even cry a bit with me along the way as you’ll read about how I navigate the waters of living with my two BFFs (Kia and Jade) in NYC, try to keep up with my demanding job at BLC, go to class at night, and watch me as I try to have some kind of love life, and of course some fun along the way. After all, it’s all about the fun!
